It's a "Recoil Spring Exchange", but anyway you look at it, it's a recall
Now it'll be perfect.
ya they are issuing lighter recoil springs. Main reason was beacuse of the under power ammo Walmart sells wasn't cycling the gun fully and causing failures.
GLOCK + Walmart = perfection. Say no more.
Walmart is able to destroy a good reputation... who would have thunk it.
I liked the feel of the 4 over the 3, yet got rid of the 4 and kept the 3.
I had a Gen 4 19. Dumped it and went back to a 3rd Gen (RTF)
Or is that perfect-er?
They will keep trying until it's the perfect-est. :thumb:
Thanks for the heads up. I have never had one failure in 1000 rds in my 23gen4. Never cleaned it in that 1000rds either! LOL... It just keeps going. Never thought I would own a Glock, but I wanted a 40cal. and It changed my mind. They just keep going and going like the energizer bunny.
I wonder why they want the old one back? What are they going to do with it? So the question becomes, my 19 is finally running right, do I risk getting more "perfection" that will require another crapload of rounds to get it to function? I'm thinking not.
I have no idea why they want them back
They are probably going To use them on the Gen5's ound:
