IMI = 32 cents per round delivered from SG Ammo.
Wolf = 19 cents per round delivered from Brownells ( 10% off day, free delivery and no sales tax).

Try some 68/69 gr OTM (Open Tip Match) from Hornady/IMI if you haven’t.
Your 1/9 barrel will stabilize it and the diff in accuracy over the m193 should be noticeable.

Thanks. I will look for that one as well. I have some Black Hills stuff coming in and some Federal XM193.
69 grain MatchKing, 55 grain FMJ and 52 grain Match halla points from BH should arrive next week. Hopefully the winds behaves or the temperature. It was crisp yesterday while doing this.
btw
The 19 cent per round stuff is getting hard to ignore. The lower velocity version (Wolf Military Classic) is complete garbage for my setup.

I run IMI m193 frequently.
It’s a good, generic, 5.56 pressure, 300 yds and in, Torso size target ammo for me.
I get and expect no better than 1.5 MOA (best case- precision guns) to 3 MOA out of it, but it always goes “bang”.

Their “Razor Core” 69 and 77 gr. does much better; but should - costing 3/4 times more and using Sierra bullets.

The BHs you have coming should be several levels above the IMI m193 in accuracy/consistency/precision.

Welcome from Western NC

You may want to try the 75gr BTHP from PPU Ammo.
My Colt's 1 in 7" twist really like these on past 200 yards.
They buck the wind much better than the lighter bullets do.

In fact my ARs like the 75gr better than they do the 69gr BTHPs.
I think it would be wise to try both the 69 & 75gr loads your 1 in 9"
twist may not like the heavier 75gr bullet.

Although I do let my M1 sling the big bad 168gr BTHPs #2200 Sieria MK.

Upper left = rapid fire XM193. Upper right = Black Hills 223 FMJ. Lower left and middle = Black Hills 52 grain Match 223 hala points & Lower right = Black Hills 69 grain Match Tipped 556.
20 mph sustained crosswind. 60 degrees. No humidity. 4,000 foot elevation. Colt 1/9 HBAR 16” upper. Leupold Mark AR mod I 4-12-40

200 yards. Upper left is the 69 grain hangin tough. The other 2 Black Hills were okay but not better than the torso group of the 19 cent per round delivered Wolf Polyperformance.

50 degrees. Standard high plains 20 mph wind, left to right. 100 yards.
52 grain Black Hills Match hollow point is today’s winner. Lower right.
69 grain tipped Black Hills Match (upper right) had an on me flyer. 55 grain Wolf PolyPerformance (upper left) hanging with the big boys. 55 grain Black Hills FMJ (middle) was consistent as usual.
AND! This SG Ammo IMI XM193 (bottom left) is consistently underperforming.
Gawd awful actually.

The forums have warned us against the underpowered IMI XM193 that Sam is ordering. I guess the load is a protection from litigation amongst those with 223 chambers trying to step up to the real IMI XM193?
