Just got my Les Baer back from Greg and all I can say is wow. I had him flat top and serrate the top of the slide as well as serrate the rear. Both done to absolute perfection. He also stripped the Baercoat off and refinished the entire gun after polishing the flats and beading the rounds. Again, what can I say, absolutely stunning. He sent me back a finished pistol that I cannot speak highly enough of. He is a very personable and responsive Smith and I look forward to having a stainless mate done by him to stable with this old girl.

Excellent pistol.....what finish did he use?

I believe it is QPQ. It looks like Colt Royal blue with how deep and wet looking it is.
