    If you don't know what an easement, right-of-way, deed or lien is, learn.

    Make sure you save for property taxes.

    Never ever trust a politician, especially if he says that he's a God-fearing one or an atheist.

    If you can make it or repair it yourself, there's a good chance that you'll save money, or at least learn something.

    Do your best not to make fun of newbies who close a gate and realize that they're on the wrong side.

    From a person who had a mentor that had a father who ran wild horses. Then sold them to the calvary Mike & Adrian.jpg , trained somewhat. That was in Montana They are all gone now, so the book is a refresher course for me. Just have to have it now thanks Mouche.
