I sold a Walther on here a while back. The buyer had some sort of issue with cycling. I can’t remember who that was. I have had this on my mind for a long time. Has this pistol been proven? I’m really concerned about this. I hate the thought of selling a messed up gun. If you see this, let me know either way please.

gosh you are an honest, decent guy. I DOUBT you passed on a gun that was not working. the new owner probably used a ammo that was not working right with the gun or maybe it was time for a recoil spring change.

    merry Xmas @ER

They had an issue with chambering from slidelock. I always slingshot. It’s been bothering me for a while.

    .

this indicates a recoil spring issue IMHO. not your fault. FWIW I slingshot too.

It’s just one of those things that you forget about. It’s the one sale I’m not totally enamored by. I might have sold a lemon.

I doubt it @ER. besides , if there were truly an issue(beyond needing a new recoil spring) , Walther Arms has excellent service. go to sleep with a clear mind

You mean Walther may have sold a lemon. So long as you didn't withhold any critical information or otherwise prevent you buyer from making an informed decision, I don't see why you should be held accountable for Walther's work.

If the buyer asked you to take it back. Would you do it?
I can assume the answer would be yes. Then that means you are an honest Addict. Why worry then?

Thanks fellas. It’s just one of those things that gets me wondering. I hope the buyer didn’t have any issues with it. I’d hate to think they were in danger.

I scanned your trading profile and do not see any feedback from the buyer.

Dumb question: could you have sold it on another site?
