I shot various types of pistols including 2011s. What are your thoughts?

I made the switch to the 2011 style handgun. I've got five Staccato's and a CS on the way. I like it so far.

2011s are fat. I have small hands. I own a Staccato P that was grip reduced by a forum member here so it's much more tolerable, but 2011 frames generally border on too big for me.

My Staccato C is perfect and I'm still upset they discontinued them.

I like my 2011. One of the originals, an STI Edge in .40 made for competitions. I bought mine with a fresh barrel and over 100,000 rounds on the rest of the gun. Its a shooter still. Slide cuts, custom grip, as flat shooting as they come with my reloads. Absolutely Love it.

I've got 2 - a Staccato C2 and a Guncrafter Hellcat X2. I like them both, but am kind of in love with the X2!
A lot of us. Some of more than others. What do you want to know?
Nothing against 2011 I just dont shoot a large grip pistol well

I love 1911s (as most here do) but I've carried a C2 for the last couple years. It went back into the Safe a few days ago and I went back to a 1911 in 45 acp. My qualification for my LEOSA carry is coming up in April so I'll re-qualify with it and my 1911 but the C2 will go back in the safe.

That’s a good and safe way to practice shooting. It’s important to stay up to date on the latest firearms safety technology and the 2011s can provide that. Additionally, if you’re shooting with a more advanced pistol, you’ll get a better understanding of the weapons and their functions, which in turn can help you become a better shooter in the long run.

I love my 2011 in 10mm!
What is your 10mm 2011?
A 10mm in 2011 is on my want list. Wish I picked up a STI Perfect Ten when they were in production.
I shoot both and occasionally carry a C2. I unfortunately don't have any lightweight single stacks yet.....
I’m all in on 1911 commanders and 2011s
