[Wildcat Creeker]

New stainless Kimber 5 inch 1911. Corners are almost as sharp as Colts. I have dehorned a couple of my own Colts in the past, but they look like they had been done in a blacksmith shop. This one I want to look nice, like it was done by a pro. How much should I expect to pay?

Jim Clark Sr. (Clark custom) used to do melt package years ago. Like a bar of soap.

'Proper' de-horn of a stainless slide:
Remove the sights.
Break ALL sharp edges, including ejection port, slide stop/thumb safety cut-outs of the slide.
Bead blast.
Replace the sights.
Return shipping and insurance.
Likely $200 for TOP quality work.
