I need help with FedEx.

    Does anyone have a contact they can share with me?
    I have been trying to contact my sales rep with no results.
    The numerous times I have contacted Customer Service have been
    frustrating experiences dealing with heavily accented incompetents.

    I had to call my local facility and then ask them to transfer me to the local facility as they don't answer. Once that was accomplished things went well. Just call and ask them to transfer you, have the address of the location you want to talk to ready. Cause they will ask.

    From what the driver told me, when you call it goes to someone sitting at home on a laptop.
    Yes in another country.
    Ask to be transferred to a local facility and then you are hooked up.
    The only loop at that time is which of the four ( or how ever many) locations you want to talk to.

    Unfortunately my contact would be different than yours, as it is done by territory.

    My recommendation, would be to call FedEx and tell them you are thinking of making a switch from UPS because of some dissatisfaction. Ask if they can have a representative contact you to speak about this possibility.

    Or as noted above, try contacting the local hub.
