If you love something, set it free.

If it comes back, It will always be yours.

If it doesn't come back, it was never yours to begin with.

If it just sits there in your living room, messes up all of your stuff, eats all of your food, uses your telephone, takes your money, and doesn't realize that you had set it free...You either married it or gave birth to it.

The wife and I found a solution to that problem. When one of our kids moves out, we break the plate they ate on. That way they can come for a visit but don't plan on staying because they won't have a dish to eat from... Lol... So far, 6 kids have moved out and 0 have returned other than a visit occasioinally... ;)

When I moved out to go to college, my folks remodeled the house and turned my bedroom into the kitchen!

Yep, when I ETS'd from active duty, of course I went back home. Had always shared a room with my brother, it was now a "den" (didn't even know what that was) they had air conditioning and a dishwasher. Hhmm? I must've been expensive I've always thought. Even tho my SS wages began at age 14. Yeah, I'm older, don't believe thats legal now
