Looks like the sight, trigger, action, grip combo would make it tough hit anything reliably much past contact range (punching distance).

Take the worst double action trigger you’ve ever fired a multiply by 2.5 for the trigger pull on two different ones I’ve shot. They were both 45 ACP and were backup guns for 2 friends of mine. This was back in the mid 90’s though I know one is still riding in the glove box since he retired.
