Took Friday off and reinstalled the gas line for the BBQ on the deck. I still have work to do, but I will sit down to a steak in minutes. I have to do this again as I don't like the layout. Yeah, I grabbed some wine and I am trashed after multiple trips to the hardware store, up and down the slope in the backyard and up and down a ladder countless times! I will get it right this weekend!
That is a funny coincidence, my wife turned all three burners on full blast last weekend and managed to provide a burnt offering. Her mind was with her 89 yo Dad having respiratory failure. Fortunately no one was burned. I turned the a gas off at the T. And slowly cooled things down with water after the Grease burned off. But now after cleaning, the burners are not working and I suspect a overheated fail safe regulator. So I am thinking do I go through the gas lines to identify the failure and buy the parts or haul it off.
Did I mention my wife is a religious cook?
Everything is either a burnt offering or a sacrifice.
I’m thinking of having her use the fire extinguisher out in the alley on the trash bin. She tried it during the fire and the plastic tear away pin retention device thwarted her.
