    Good shooter JM here, slick action, good bore, some hunting wear but nothing egregious. Spot of missing blue on the lever I am happy to polish and reblue if the buyer can wait until next week when the tanks are fired up.

    The XS Rail and sights are about a $150-175 upgrade

    I ended up getting it but the Henry 45-70 all weather, absolutely no need for it.

    I had all those same “don’ts”.
    Didn’t stop me from buying the last one Karl had for sale!

    If I got this one, I’d have one for each hand!

    I too have absolutely no use for this but man do I want it. This thing is pure bad ass! If i hadn't just bought two new guns this would 100% be mine.
    Congrats to the new owner on one heck of a fine firearm.
