... the real question is, where do you buy your boudin?

I'm a Kartchner's Grocery (Krotz Springs) kind of guy ...

North Louisiana around Monroe here. But shoot a lot in the Lake Charles area. I would not trust the Boudin around here, but we usually get it from the Market Basket grocery chain down south.

Not what I eat. Boston butt pork, rice, green onions and seasoning
That sounds a lot better than what I found doing a search.

From What Is Boudin? Learn About This Beloved Cajun Delicacy

"Boudin (pronounced "BOO-dan," at least in Cajun country) is a cooked sausage made from pork meat and rice, plus various vegetables and seasonings, all stuffed in a natural pork casing. Traditional boudin features pork liver and/or pork heart along with scraps of pork meat from just about any part of the hog."

Some places do that, but the places I listed use pork butt
