Pennywise, I am a southpaw as well. My preference is DelFatti; the problem is he is so busy its a 2 year wait to get something done. I have an IWB he built that I can wear 24 hours a day - it's comfortable and secure. I am on his list to order additional work from him. For outside the waistband I have several Tucker Gun Leather holsters. They do the job - and I received them 8-12 weeks after ordering. I have looked at the some of the other holsters mentioned above. They seem to have merit. What I mentioned is what I have and it works for me, but that doesn't mean it's better.
