I have a GSP 2000 that I'd like to have some work done on. I'd like to either get the current low-mount safety to work better or replace it, high-grip the front strap (or rather clean up the current work that had been done on it), contour the dust cover to more current specs, and checker for front strap at 25 lpi, and dehorn and refinish.

Gunsmiths that I've used in the past are either not wanting to work on something others that already worked on or don't want to take piecemeal work. Any gunsmiths on the forum who would accommodate me?

Steve offers a good start. Lot of the bigger names just aren't taking smaller jobs anymore. One of the best I'm aware of who might be willing to take smaller work still is Jim Milks at Innovative. I'd give a call.

Otherwise, there's a gunsmith sticky you might want to look through, and this recent discussion has a lot of names worth kn owing in it: Lesser known "Full House Custom" builders?
