I bought this from PI Lawyer a few months back. It remains Unfired. This was built for a charity auction for LTW. The donor gun is a DW Heritage. Don Williams fitted the grip safety, thumb safety, and trigger job. Ned Christiansen fit and beveled a new MSH and did is famous FRAG treatment on it, the front strap and spring plug. Tim Brian did the hi power cuts, flattened and serrated the top of slide, lowered the ejection port, throated the barrel, polished feed ramp, made the grips out of English walnut and polished and bead blasted the gun and parts. Mark Graff fit an oversized ejector, blended back of slide, fit match barrel bushing crowned the barrel and serrated and blended the slide stop. Glenrock cerakoted the slide. The gun is absolutely beautiful and smooth as butter. Also comes with leather by Rob Hipp which is gorgeous and a custom knife by Greg Graff with matching English walnut handles. This gun was built by some of the best smiths in the country. Only selling to fund another project. Asking $6000 shipped for the whole package. More (better) pics on LTW guns.com.
I should chime in that Ned took a couple extra days to make sure this gun was up to his high standards before he released it to me. The man is a perfectionist. You won't be disappointed with this package.
Amazing, all of it. The way the frag treatment seamlessly transitions from msh to frame, H-P cuts, grip safety fitment, geez all of it just Outstanding. And the knife and leather and walnut panels? Icing on a perfect cake
The names that built this GAT are some of the finest in the business. Ned’s frag work is fantastic, Tim Brian’s style is recognizable from 20’ away, Mark Graff’s accuracy is remarkable, Don Williams is raved about by everyone that has dealt with him, and the Addict selling it is a standup man. There have only been 24 LTW projects built and this is one of them. If I were in a different situation for more Government models I’d jump at it. Don’t miss your chance at a rare project like this.
