Thanks guys...had a question on why I'm calling it near mint and not mint. Just normal rub marks you will get from shooting it the first time. You can see in pics rub marks below ejection port where cover rests when in folds down. Also, a rub mark on each side of mag well where it sat in bench rest. None are anywhere thru the finish or scratches and might even clean off if I tried. Its a very clean rifle in excellent condition. $1300 discount from me taking it to range couple times...less than 100 rounds thru it.
