Nice looking rifle. I've had rifles that should shoot heavier bullets at a faster twist that actually shot better with loads from a lighter bullet. I had one rifle shoot 3" at 100 yards with one load and 1/2" at 100 yards with another load. Good luck finding the correct pairing.
Since it's a custom built did they make or buy a specific brand of barrel?
With rifle I have found that finding the right load for the gun is pretty important. Not being familiar with the barrel maker or knowing what it cost, or what glass is on top, trigger, blah blah, I dont have an opinion on the accuracy. Try different loadings and good luck.
