For sale, Miller custom 45 on a Les Baer frame, Caspian slide. Kart recess cut barrel, with extra threaded 45 Kart barrel. Will include one Wilson mag.

22lr Marvel kit with matching rear sight, serrated rear, and fiber optic front. Threaded barrel on the 22 kit. Fit to the gun and the kit (also the 45 parts) have last 2 digits of serial number etched in them.
    $3950 shipped/insured

    Partial trades:
    Sig p220 da/sa
duty treat DW vbob or DW A2
willing to consider other 1911's, 45 only

Here's the original purchaser's info from an old m4carbine thread:

How he builds a gun this tight and it still runs like greased lightning I have no idea. Very tightly built but 100% with all ammo I fed it.

I bought it on here from a fellow a year or two ago. Great condition, some light wear around the muzzle. Bob Miller is opening up shop again to build 1911's, here's his site if you want to get in touch with him about this gun. I contacted him when I bought it and he said he no longer had a build sheet for it but confirmed it was a ground up build with all premium internal parts:

Here's the info from that M4carbine link so you don't need to click through:

"Basic build list, the same for both guns:
    Les Baer carbon steel Frame
Caspian carbon steel slide (ordered bald)
Diamond checkering on frame and mainspring housing
Slide serrated 40 LPI at rear, french boarders.
    Ejection port lowered and flared.
Novak rear site cut, standard dovetail front.
Miller custom one handed operation LE rear site.
    Brass bead front site.
Kart barrels and bushing (one flush barrel with target crown, one extended and threaded 5/24)
    Match disconnector
    Skeletal commander hammer.
    Wilson Bulletproof extractor.
    Chen Mainspring housing.
    Heinie magwell kit.
Wolff reduced power mag mag catch spring.
ed brown mag catch (trimmed, bobed 1/4)
Ed Brown Memory Groove safety (frame welded up to reduce gap)
    Grieder long plain trigger.
    EGW slide stop, bottom textured.
    VZ operator grips.
The rest of the small parts are not marked for brand on the build sheet, but I specified that all parts be of tool steel and either EGW, Wilson, or Ed Brown.

The 22 kits are marvel, and I had them set up to mimic the main slides as closely as possible, including the rear serations."

I've watched this one with great interest every time it's come up for sale. If I didn't have so many irons in the fire it'd love to add it to my lineup!

It could join that Rogers I sold you! Hope it's treating you well if you've still got it. Ironically, I think I actually used that money to buy this one

I passed that Rogers along to an avid Champion collector, the Rogers Champion became the new pinnacle of that collection for him! I actually sold that Rogers to buy a full house Rogers. :)
