Alrighty,
I'm selling off my Miller Custom Colt 1911. I bought this pistol NIB and sent it off to Bob Miller for his work. I have 150 rounds through it. As you know, he's no longer 'smithing. Here are the specifics....

Colt 70 Series
Kart Barrel/Bushing
Berryhill guns Ultimate Ring Hammer Ignition Set
Yost Bonitz "Retro" rear sight
Tritium front
10-8 long solid trigger
EGW firing pin stop (fitted)
Serrated frontstrap to match 20 LPI Guncrafter mainspring housing
Brown mag release
Brown ejector
Brown Slide Stop
King's Thumb Safety
Spare fitted extractor

Initially I wanted this to be a true "retro" gun. However, upon test firing it when I got it, I just got too much hammer bite. So, I sent it back in and had Bob install a beavertail grip safety.

Holster is a Garrity horesehide/rayskin. Never been carried/holstered.

Here's a link to the pistol on Bob's website (4th pistol from the bottom)...

I'd like $2650 for the pistol.. $150 for holster. Holster is SPF. For those apprehensive, I have a lot of positive feedback on AR15.com. I'll also throw in mags and an extra CompTac kydex holster (never used...but this is my last 1911 so, why not.)

That’s one nice-looking, well-appointed 1911.
