What is the Most Accurate Production HandGun Made?

I've been looking around for info on the CZ Shadow series and came across a video that claimed the CZ 75 was the "most accurate production handgun made"

    What say you?

My SIG P226 Legion has repeatedly put 5 shots into less than an 1 inch at 25 yards. My best so far is 0.86". With a Ransom Rest, who knows how much smaller it could get.

I guess one must define "production" gun. I think any gun that has any "custom" or "custom shop" work done to it is not "production" ?

I saw Ellie May Clampett knock a tic off a bear at fifty yards with a sling shot.
    :p
    Now that's shooting.
Ok I'm stretching it just a little, really that was Hollywood.
However she could shoot skeet with a sling shot. :p Still more Hollywood !

    For real....
She was no mechanic but she could get most motors running. :p

Yes- not talking about skill. Talking about who makes the straightest arrow with the best fletching. :)

The Smith & Wesson 41 is a very accurate production pistol.

There isn’t a single gun that fits the description of most accurate handgun ever made. Yes, there are handguns that are more accurate than others, but you won’t find a handgun on the market that’s been designed to accommodate everyone’s different sizes and shooting techniques. In fact, your size is a big factor and is one of the main reasons along with carry comfort that many large caliber guns have a compact alternative.

    That said I'll add this.....

There’s a reason that the .45 ACP is one of the most popular handguns of all time. It’s powerful, accurate, and practically a hand cannon. What makes the HK45 nice is that it’s designed to be the most accurate handgun out of the box. This makes it the perfect gun for people who don’t have the time, money, or experience to purchase aftermarket pieces to modify their guns.

The HK45 is so accurate and reliable that it was almost made the official sidearm of the United States Armed Forces, but was beaten out by the Sig P320 at the last minute. It’s still a heavy-duty handgun that’s comfortable and easy to shoot, making it a favorite among various police departments in the United States and Australia.

I do believe it is an HK Mark 23 but cannot prove it. Carried one for a bit and it is huge and heavy... but stone cold deadly with crazy accuracy.

I understand the Sig P210 was quite a tack driver out of the box.

My sawed off 12 gauge. I can just point it in the vicinity of any target and it will hit it. That's most accurate for me.

This one tested just under 1/2 centimeter at 50 meters in 1963. With the right ammo it still will. 20170621_193555.jpg

I dunno, saw Mel Gibson making accurate shots at 75 yards with a Beretta...

Those Hollywood guns have to be the most accurate made.

Target made with the Hammerli Free Pistol above: 30 shots at 50 meters. 25 minutes to fire. Sometimes 72 year old eyes do it right, other times it looks like a birdshot pattern. 20170621_195635.jpg
