I gotta say, having never served in combat maybe I'm a softy, but there were a couple of scenes in Saving Private Ryan that stayed with me a long time, that I would prefer they hadn't.

Oh, and "The Birds", by Alfred Hitchcock

I’ve watched “Trading Places” a number of times and find it psychologically disturbing that all women aren’t built like Jamie Lee Curtis.....just bothers the “h” out of me.....can hardly watch it.

First thing I thought of was Se7en. It should be watched, though, if you haven't seen it.

If you want one that is just so bad that it actually lowers your IQ:
    Manos, the Hands of Fate.

"In Cold Blood". Two very nasty guys in a more innocent time that is long gone.

Every Steven Seagal movie ever made with maybe one exception of that one where he was a cook in the USN. Also after raising three kids I'm really done with animated anything, they hurt my head almost as much as Steven Seagal.
Nicholas Cage movies induce negative thoughts.

The only nick cage movie worth watching is raising Arizona. I love that flick. Back to the point I hate anything Lego movie. My nephew loves that crap.

I choose not to watch any of the “Saw” movies. I don’t like over the top specific torture regimens. Makes my soul hurt.

Ex Machina was a pretty creepy movie. If you're into sci-fi it's worth a watch.

I would say that anything by Michael Moore is disturbing in the "head up my ass" director genre
