Had an issue with a RUGER 10/22 10 round magazine not feeding as it should and jamming my VOLQUARTSEN 22 lr deluxe(rifle)

approached RUGER about how to fix it or get a replacement. received a letter telling me that they will NOT ship to CT due to our laws( and their inability to just check my permit being valid) and they did NOT offer any help at all.

I decided to try to email Volquartsen about it.. and Scott steps up with a free replacement fo r me :)

VOLQUARTSEN is a great company that makes top notch pistols and rifles and does what it takes to make a customer feel valued.

I am thrilled and forever loyal to them for helping me out

    just wanted to share this

    thanks Mike.

I love their rifles and became hooked on the pistols with a black mamba 6"( based on the mark IV frame). the CS is the icing on the cake. No questions asked, just stepped up to the plate and mae this shooter very happy

I don't personally owned a volquartsen Firearms, however, my 10/22 is loaded with volquartsen parts.

I have a VQ Evolution in .223. It's a mag-fed piston rifle that will shoot a very tiny cloverleaf at 100 yards. I only knew of them because they support 2A rights here in Iowa, so I tried them out. I'm happy with their product to say the least.

Very disappointing to hear about Ruger especially considering they are headquartered here in CT!!!

+1 on Volquartsen’s awesome customer service and great stuff! I lost a trigger pin installing one of their triggers and they sent me one for free by express mail. Purely my fault. If you haven’t shot one of their 22s, you’re missing out.
