I agree completely with simonp. They will pick up the phone and you can speak to a gunsmith. They have gotten the tiniest bit more impersonal and now you need to just fill out a warranty form. They will respond within an hour or two and send you a shipping label to return to the mothership. Generally speaking, a stiff thumb safety is very easily resolved.Usually if you send something back to them for warranty they will do a little extra like slick up your trigger for you.
