New design... we actually have two new graphic designs ready to launch, but one of them had issues with alignment at the anodizer and have to be redone.. those will launch in a few weeks.

Red Sasha.. limited edition 50 grip set run per model.... based on photography of my model "Sasha"..

Let me know what you think folks!

Pretty neat. Took me a second to realize what I was looking at.

What I would love to see would be some grips that looked like quilted maple, but were actually another material that was strong enough to be practical.

We do do a nice ivory color box elder with a ton of chatoyance that is similar.

This set has some of those same 3D properties, but each set tends to be really unique.. showing different grain play & coloration...

The guitar is sick!! Problem with that is, when you take out a small portion of that gorgeous surface area, say 1.5 x 4.5 or thereabouts, the grain isn't as insane looking anymore.

I am beginning to think those would look good on a hard chrome Les Baer TRS I just obtained from my favoriite 1911 dealer.

Then again, you have a lot to tempt people with on your website.

And,I have seen your work over at CABOT GUNS when I paid them a visit.

Rob really likes your work and I have to agree, you do some magic with wood! :thumb:

Joe C. also speaks highly of you.

Looks like you hang in good company!

Very cool, Ed; I didn't realize you had ones like that.

An order might be in my near future. :thumb:

I know a guy who's going to make Guns & Ammo December or January, who designed a .40 CCO 1911 that actually runs like an animal. He's going start producing them. I know after he saw my 7 sets of Wicked grips he is hell bent on doing a run with his logo on em >)
It's going to be a cool write up, I should have loaned him my set of CCO Iron woods >)

No, he has little time online. I am going to build him a web site. He has no idea how much demand there is for custom work out there.
I did get to handle this .40 yesterday, could have shot it but my arm is FUBAR. Short barrel and he was picking 1" stickers off cardboard a 25. He did a nice job on it.

But no, you don't know him yet, I meet him for the first time about a month ago. But he is good >)

    Jeff Abernathy.
His father was Tommy, the shop is Tommy Gun's.

I'll see if I can get a few photos. He took it to Monday night Shooting Match at Shooters last night.
I'll have to ask him how that went, great guy.

I just got a 1911 in yesterday, was not near what I thought I was getting. He stripped it, I'm going to need
to put a barrel and bushing, Ignition Kit from EGW and a new hammer. He's more into function than bling but some of the photos of stuff and people who I meet there showing me their guns, he's got a real nack for the internals.

But he stopped everything for me to take it apart and check it. I just like the guy. He's one of the old school gun guys
