Hey fellas, I recognize some of you from other locations and have met some of you in person - just have never registered on here yet. Spent 4 years in the 82nd (04-08) where I spent most of my time learning that a sidearm was used to fight back to a rifle, since then I've fully embraced the handgun. Started off with a XD 45 Compact, One of youse talked me into getting a TRP at a gunshow, unless I was able to afford a WC - so that I did, scored a AK Railless TRP. Best purchase I've ever made. I keep on thinking that I'd like to try something else, like a Glock or a Revolver, branch out into something different - and after trying/renting, I realize I'm totally satisfied with my 1911. (Maybe next is a 9mm 1911... who knows) I shoot for fun, for training, IDPA.... I think that'll do. I hope to read much and post a little. Thanks for having me.
