I’m curious if these take the 15 round Staccato C magazines, does anyone know?

likely the C2 120mm, since it's still a DS1911.. not sure why any other co. would build on Staccato's proprietary, 1 off mags.

i like the 'desert rose' and rails round here are a must for carry

They will build without a rail. It has many options. Mine will have a lightweight grip module/frame, no rail, ported barrels in 9x19/9x23, non-ambi safety, and DLC finish.
