Always loved the 1911, Fired my first one when I was with the 82nd ABN in the early 70's
In the late 80's early 90's I bought a Auto Ordnance ZG-51 PitBull.
I know, lotta horror stories about the pitbull, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

Anyway, I found this site researching my next purchase, a 1911 9MM (5 inch Barrel)
Narrowed it down to Tisas, RIA or a SA Garrison.

Since I've been retired, I have been doing some Leather Crafting, did quite a few EDC knife sheaths, then I made Holster for my Colt Mustang PocketLite.
Been working on a Cowboy rig for a Ruger new model super blackhawk.
That's what re-peaked my interest in the 1911.

I made some holsters for the 1911 back in the day.. 40 years ago…lol.. still have one or two laying around somewhere… AAHH… here’s one…
