I’ve been viewing this forum for a while now and intend on posting some trades. Been a 1911 collector for years and do not have any experience outside of FTF transactions.

Welcome from the PNW. Shipping is the same with all items (tracking and expedited options). Handguns I use the FFL to ship to the FFL

As for your question - FFL to FFL always works. I've purchased firearms from members here who shipped it themselves directly, with a copy of their DL, to my FFL. This assumes the FFL is ok with it.

Welcome to the forum.
Easiest is to ship though a dealer.
Proof of exchange of ownership. i.e. you, local ffl, ship to receiving ffl, that ffl transfers to your buyer. Paper trail every step of the way. Or ship it to transferring FFL and he transfers to buyer.
Some ffl's don't accept pistols from non ffl's though!
