Went to clean a new 1911 and could only push the slide release partially out, recessed cut. Not wanting to scratch a new pistol I began looking around. As a fan of Vietnamese food, thanx to an all expense paid trip to the area by Uncle Sam about 50+ years ago, I came across some wooden chopstix. Pushed that ss right out! Also handy in lining up the link when ready to put the ss back in. Guessing it'll have other uses as well.
