OK Addicts, here we go again! Nighthawk is once again going to host a Gathering for We Addicts! Just heard back from Bob Reeves last evening.

The Dates are May 4th and 5th this year.

Events are as follows:

Thursday, May 4th Meet at Nighthawk Custom at 1pm for a meet and greet with Nighthawk Staff, then a guided tour followed by a show and tell of Nighthawk weapons and purchasing of Nighthawk goodies. Usually takes 3 hours.

Dinner follows, usually 5 pm in Eureka Springs. Attendance is voluntary, and the meal is on your dime.

Friday, May 5th begins with a tour of Colonel Saunders Museum ( a MUST SEE), Berryville in the morning. Cost is $2.50 a person with a group of ten or more. Lunch on your own, but most of us go to a nearby Mexican Restaurant.

Meet back at Nighthawk Custom at 1pm to caravan out to Nighthawk's owner's (Mark Stone's) residence. Casual range shooting of handguns you bring, and some of Nighthawk's guns. Once we're done shooting, we will be treated to a BBQ dinner compliments of Mr. Stone and the Nighthawk Team. Beverages provided, any alcohol is on you, but please remember we are guests and respect Mr Stone and his family. This is a great opportunity to fellowship with fellow Addicts, the crew at Nighthawk, and the Stones. The stories are free as well!

For anyone wishing to attend, please post your intention here, then PM me with number of attendees, either one or two, and whether one or both are shooters. I also need a good contact email for updates, and a cell phone for emergency notification only. Also need User name and/or names of attendees for name tags.

The first Addicts to post they're in, followed by a PM with their information. will be given slots (max of 2), until we are full with 20 Shooters and 24 total for the tour.

A waiting list will be kept, once we are full, as we unfortunately have a few cancellations every year due to unforeseen circumstances. Wait list will be given notice of openings on a first come, first served basis as well.

There is no cost for any of the Nighthawk event. But be forewarned, you most certainly WILL spend money on some Nighthawk goodies (and maybe plunk down a deposit for a new Nighthawk build). Only expenses are for meals (except for the BBQ at Mr Stone's), lodging, and getting yourself to/home from Berryville/Eureka Springs.

Nighthawk provides ammo for their guns to shoot. You will need to bring ammo for any handgun you may bring. Two hundred rounds per handgun should more than suffice. You are not required to have a Nighthawk Custom to attend or shoot, but you most certainly WILL want one after the event!

Most of us stay at the Express Inn, 402 East Van Buren, Eureka Springs, Arkansas. (479) 253-6665 . We have been given a special rate of $65 a night in the past. We will try for that rate again. I will post once that is confirmed, so please don't call them until confirmation is posted.

Also, most of us arrive in Eureka Springs on Wednesday, so we are there and rested for the next two day's events.

Eureka Springs is a quaint town with lots to see and do, so if you can, plan on making a weekend of it!

Once again looking forward to meeting some old friends, and some new ones, and putting some faces to the user names of you Addicts.

Brian

Sorry for the somewhat short notice, but Nighthawk just confirmed availability of these dates.

Get those PMs coming!

I'm almost certainly in for this! My better half is on a plane at the moment but I will confirm promptly as I don't want to miss out on this opportunity. Thanks a million Brian for putting these special events together for regular type folks like myself. I've never visited the area and it looks like a great place to take a long weekend and explore.
