No email notification since 12/31/18

    I got my last email from Addicts on 12/31/18.
    None since then.
    I have a gmail account.
    Tried changing to Comcast and still no email.
    Then my addicts account needed re-confirmed.
    Used the "contact us" at the bottom of page and received an email from a Carlee Cordes.
    She turned my Addicts account back up but still no emails from Forum.

    Is there any way to verify the from is sending to my email?
    Possible my address is marked as "bad"?

    Withdrawal has set in.

    This is stupid for me to ask, "is your mail in your spam folder"? It has happened to me before, and I overlooked the obvious ...

    Jelly doesn't own the forum any more. Carlee Cordes is who you should be working with.

    I'm still receiving my notifications, so I doubt it's a forum issue but I'll raise it up.

    I’ve noticed recently (last 2-3 weeks) that, while most notification emails are arriving almost immediately, I’ve seen some threads with updates for which I never received a notification and / or I’ve receved late notifications. None of them are accumulating in my spam / junk email folder.

    Not a huge deal, but chiming-in since the topic was open.

    My issue is the exact opposite. I don’t want to receive email notifications. I have to disable each notification even though I always click the disable ALL emails.
    I check the forum enough that I don’t need emails.
    Who should I get in touch with over this?

    Notifications are working for me to my registration email.

    I'm pretty confident it's something on your end, we can't find any issues with the notification system.

    Everything is just fine. It is the OP's problem. Check your SPAM filter and adjust accordingly.

    Must be both Xfinity and Gmail blocking then.
    Spam folders are empty, I don't have any filters for "[email protected]" .
