    Been working on upgrading an early SS Colt XSE Government Model. Broke all the sharp edges, EGW BTGS and 2pc. MSH w/MW, Wilson SS Single Sided TS, VZ grips w/screws, etc... I added some MGW G.I. replacement sights because they were cheap and an upgrade. Turns out the front (staked) sight was a little crooked so I sent the slide to Novak to cut dovetails and install a Brass Bead front sight and their LMC01 rear sight last Thursday. Got a call they were a little worried that the finish was a coating but I assured them it was bead blast and I could touch up anything that marred the finish. Called back a few hours later that it was shipping today. That's a 1 week turnaround with a day or two in shipping.

    In this day and age it's nice to see somebody concerned enough about the customer that they would make a call before proceeding not to mention the fantastic turnaround.

    I've had them do some things for me and can say nothing but good things about Wayne and the crew.
