This 10 year old Les Baer Concept VII has been in my carry rotation for years and it was showing its age.
So I sent it to @Steve Owens for new sights, cosmetics and a DLC finish upgrade.
As usual SteveO did not disappoint!

The rear sight is made by Ed Brown. The front sight is from NHC.

They have a chromium Nitride which is silver and also a Pvd finish just as durable as DLC
