@cgff Here ya go Carl, some little bigger pics for you to look at.. This is an ACW Prime, bobtailed, ball cuts, french border, bobbed slide stop, flush cut and crown barrel. WC flat trigger and Chromium Nitirde finish again over Carbon Steel, blasted with glass bead. Again I do believe this on a SS gun would keep the bright stainless appearance but, might also mimich hard chrome to a degree. Last one. Now back to work on a few other projects in the rough... I am real pleased with it.. It leans a little between satin nickel and hard chrome I think, and harder than nails. I see this being a good finish for some up coming projects in stainless. For those who like stainless guns, and high polish stainless, this will be a perfect option. These darkened just a touch when wet, and I am thinking will do so even less on SS because of the hardness of the metal. I am kind of excited to put this on a stainless gun now. This and the Colt are both carbon steel...
