Any Papyrus owners running factory Glock mags exclusively? If so are you seeing any wear on the magazine catch ledge from the metal magazine catch?

Given what Stealth Arms did here to make all this work I'm a bit surprised they didn't come up with a way to use a Gen4 Glock mag catch.

Conservative and nice

resale will be better w your gun than most

What do you think about it?
When I first took it out of the bag I was sort of underwhelmed by it. The scales texture isn't as aggressive as I thought it would be and there is a small section of the ejection port that didn't get a full pass with the paint gun.

Now that I've dry fired it a bit it has grown on me. The general fit and finish is really quite good. The barrel is nicely fit but not crazy tight. The trigger is good with a consistent 2.5# break.

It is lighter than I thought it would be, too. The gun has a sort of not quite a Glock nor 2011 feel to it. Overall grip circumference is not overly large. I haven't measured around the grip with a piece of string but I'd say it isn't too much smaller than a 2011.

Proof will be in how well it feeds JHP and if Glock and PMAG magazines will work. But so far I'm digging it.

One thing I might change right away is the guide rod. I might change it out for a standard Commander plug and spring guide. Assuming standard Commander length will work.

Just wanted to give a quick update on the frame. The short dust cover fits a Streamlight TLR-1HL and a Night Stick TWM-30 but it is too short for a Surefire X300. It would need one or maybe two more slots for the Surefire.

152 rounds fired today including a few aluminum cased fodder. The gun feeds fine from Glock and Magpul mags.

The rear sight/optic cover plate came loose quickly. The tiny grub screw that holds the plate on seems like a pretty obvious weak point. Also if the screw was a little longer it wouldn't be able to back out very far before stopping against the firing pin retainer.

For sure, but options are nice. I have far more 320 mags than Glock, and 320 mags are metal so it makes sense. Some people may prefer the metal mags. That said, I'd opted for the Glock version and don't have any regrets. The biggest announcement to me is the new texture and it will be offered on both models.
Maybe Stealth can make a version that uses Staccato mags?:)

I'd guess the biggest advantage to the 320 mags would be a slightly smaller tube and a fractionally smaller grip circumference. That's assuming SA is modifying the frame to this extent.
