I plan to order one with a buddy in the next 4-6 weeks. I’m thinking Signature Series, arrow serrations top of slide, blued, polished flats. Ivory grips from him or I’ll purchase 2nd hand. MSH and front strap. Not sure. Any recommendations I should look into? Again, I’m still somewhat of a newb, but much farther along than two years ago.
Another project in the making from a smith on here too.

Is the lower frame bead blasted? Slide and frame look slightly different colors which I love/ (Pardon my terminology, still learning)

Will never sell it. My wife’s 50th birthday present to me. Lots of details in that gun that are different from what Luke normally does but they are all subtle.

Good luck choosing options on your Volkmann. I’d have in impossible time just deciding on grips or stainless vs. blued
