There no better way to start (or is it end?) the week than a Sunday morning at the range. It was crowded at Scottsdale Gun Club as Mother's shot free today

First, I shot my nightstand gun, Wilson Sentinel Compact, 9 night sights, magwell and I have a high degree of trust in this gun but it's a little to heavy to daily carry.

I always run a bunch of drills with this gun and today I shot far more rounds with self-defense ammo than I usually shoot just to make sure there were no bobbles. It ended well with some double tap drills at 20 ft, what I figure I would encounter in my 1250 sqft condo.

Next it was on to my seldom shot 9mm Bobtail Professional. Everytime I shoot this I say to myself that I should EDC it. It's has the lightweight frame, holds 10+1 and is extremely accurate. Plus, the recoil is light.

I normally never shoot beyond 30/35 ft but today I was hooting this so well I ran it out to 50ft
