Most 1911 smith's have a minimum 400-500 bucks
Some may take it as a fill in job, so get on the phone.
Try some local smiths and hope they have some work they can show you!
In theory, the reverse crown protects the bore of the barrel better and therefore promotes better accuracy. However, pistol barrels are pretty darn short and it probably doesn't make any measurable difference. Sure looks cool though...
