    Very rare! None on GB or GA. I have no idea of value on this little guy so bare with me! She’s in nickel and has been coated with some sort of varnish. My guess is to protect the finish. Probably would be brilliant underneath. $900 delivered

    No box just the gun.

    For your info Buckaroo, per S&W standard catalog your serial number is 1971-1973 production, M serial prefix started in 1969, 1953 was first production and ended in 1991, pinned barrel, J frame, 2" barrel.

    M34s are great little kit guns. The vanish on the nickel finish is a little strange, but these are great plinkers. I have a 1964 Flat latch 4” M34 and hope to die with it. Great little roscoe, OP!

    Is the varnish possibly a heavy handed application of wax?

    If you look at the grip medallion you’ll see kind of a goldish lacquer cover. I’m thinking a paint remover would take it off.
