My 'smith ordered an Ed Brown ignition kit (tool steel) for my 9mm Springer. Wow, what an improvement. I'm sure the original parts would've served me well but for the price I couldn't say no-he also doesn't charge for install on any parts ordered through the shop.

With just a bit of fitting the trigger pull is at exactly 4lbs with excellent reset. Couldn't be happier especially for my edc pistol. While I always enjoyed shooting it, I like it even more now. I also ordered a set of standard thickness VZ grips in the same color/pattern and some new Torx screws. Can't wait for them to arrive-I'm not very good at that LOL. A pic doesn't really show much, except for the hammer but had to add one anyway ahahaha.

Looks a lot like my 15 year old SA 2nd Gen Lwt Compact they made and dropped to put more into the Champion.

Even the Grit Tape wrapped front strap.
