Safariland Torque Specification for QLS screws??

I am trying to attach a Safariland QLS fork to a holster and a receiver plate. There are screws in the package but there isn’t a torque specification for the screws. I have searched but I can’t find a torque spec for the screws.

It is plastic so I would prefer a torque spec vs the “Good and Tight” method of tightening screws. I also assume Loctite is a mandatory thing to use even though Safariland doesn’t say anything about it being used.

Are you sure its going into plastic or do you mean crushing the plastic? Usually Safariland uses grip nuts for their screws. You wouldnt be able to torque the screws hard enough by hand to crush any of the plastic. I usually tighten to snug and then give it another 1/4 turn. Have never had an issue
