Shout out to SB Tactical for awesome customer service.

I ordered some length-of-pull “stops”($9), and after receiving a shipping notification, the package appeared to then sit for a week. I pinged the CS department to see if they had an update - I was expecting a COVID19 issue, so wasn’t really concerned, just wanted some confirmation. They responded within 24 hours that there had been a mailing snafu on their side, that this had been resolved, the package was on the way, apologized for the delay, and refunded me the cost of the order.

Under any normal circumstances this would be great customer service, in today’s crazy world, it’s a “customer-for-life” event.

That is great CS. It only took a phone call and a fine company on the other end.
