Hey all, is there any legal way to do non-FFL ship to FFL now for handguns, or does it pretty much need to be FFL to FFL? Since UPS changed their rules, I've heard there is a federal law on the books regarding needing to inform the courier that you are shipping a firearm. Is this true as well?
