LPVO on a sub 12" rifle is overkill and adding way more weight than needed.
A Mk18 works fine with a red dot, and magnifiers do nothing but give you eye strain after prolonged use, unless you get a newer one with adjustment abilities. Plus they are heavy.

Personally I find that the T2 works best with my eyesight. I have astigmatism and it blooms a bit, but nothing major. Just learn which part of the bloom is the 'true' dot.
Prisms work great, too. Added benefit is that even when the battery dies, you still have a usable sight. Downside I've found to prisms is companies like Swampfox tend to make Prism sights... busy. I own a Trihawk and don't like it. If it could be a simple dot, just a dot, it'd be perfect.
