11.25" forged W2 tool steel petty chef model with a 6.25" blade. this one has a dark pattern etched finish with a blue micarta handle. the handle has a hand textured finish similar to a tumbled, stonewashed finish. lots of one of a kind aspects to this one. comes complete with a distressed leather blade cover for $300 shipped.
