I’ve thought about doing this on the Yoder but I don’t think I can get a low enough temperature. Going to do some Queso first and work on a method to do some cheese. Or maybe I’ll do it on my charcoal/wood smoker since I can get that as low as I want.
I need to know more about this, looks like ice bath underneath? What temp and how long are you running this cheese? Looks delicious
Looks the same as I do. Ice bath underneath, you want to keep the temp at 90 or lower. I usually just do it in my gas weber but don't turn it on. I use one of these pellet mazes for the smoke. @FWoo45 thanks man, gonna have to get one ordered for the gas grill... I really burn oak in the smoker but this could be easier
