Guys, I wanted to put this out there for trade bait. The right pistol, I would add funds as I’m looking for higher end models.

Great pistol here, but it just doesn’t speak to me like a traditional carbon blue as I prefer. I have 6 1911s, and want to keep it at that number so it’s up for sale and/or trade. I would also trade for something in the opposite end if the spectrum, an STI XC, as I’ve never owned a 2011 and that one is the one I like.


I can dig out the paperwork, target, etc if one wants to see. Will have to be when I get home. Build date was Dec 2019 I believe.

Cheorokee Hills Ironwoods burl are custom and I would like to keep. Stock NH grips are unused and would be the ones included, they are nice cocobolo.

Sale for 3200 and trade value 3500 with preference for trade.

I’m sure it’s a world class pistol. I want zero drama, so I’ll just say for personal reasons I won’t own a Chambers product. I don’t want to go into it further and I appreciate if you understand my friend.

I’ll put them up after this is sold or traded. I have a Colt Hawk and these wouldn’t look right on it.

The thing about ironwood isn’t the cost necessarily, it’s finding wood like this. Very difficult to replace.

Are the flats polished?

Any extra options that doesn't come stock on the Classic.

I have never seen the DLC in person, it looks in the pictures to have a grey tint, I always thought the DLC was more black. Thanks Aaron

DLC has a grey tint, once oiled it goes black. Flats are brushed bud.
