One of the videos, my buddy started the camera WAY early, sorry about that.
I shot this match with my Wilson CQB .45. For those who dont know, IDPA have different divisions for different firearms. .45 1911's fall into CDP(custom defensive pistol). I shoot in the master classification which is the second highest ranking in IDPA and the highest I will ever see most likely!
Looks like a lot of fun!
It is definitely a lot of fun! way better than static shooting.
thanks for sharing, a good time for sure
Welcome to IDPA. I still remember when Alex and I was SO's at the first IDPA nationals in Jefferson City. MO in 97.
IDPA # 00003
Very cool Jess. You guys keep cranking out some of the best 1911's out there. :thumb:
That is impressive! One of the main guys I shoot with and another gentlemen by the name of, John Sale are the two who got me into IDPA about 7 years ago and who helped me get sponsored this past year. Their IDPA prefixes start with "CL"
Hey Jess......I think you need to change the description under your name......I think you passed the "1911 Newbie" mark a long, long time ago. :biggrin1: Glad to see you signed up here. The more experience around here, the better!!
Just a test post.Changed the settings on my profile. Better with guns than computers hmm.
yep, the signature works.
Jess, have you met MVP?
Hopefully I'll have some video or pictures of my match tomorrow. That is, if I don't completely suck.
Finally got my USPSA number yesterday, so I'll hopefully be able to get a classification soon.
Most Valued Player hmm. Need some help with that one..still early, need more coffee.
