I have been told it’s tough on the hands
That is simply outstanding!!
as soon as my horsehide arrives ( if it ever does) I'll be moving to it exclusively. I "Might" make a few custom holsters to match a rig like this in the future, when I have time.
Was there a question related to this picture? I feel like I missed something.
Is there anything better than a big box of horsehide and materials showing up...finally? After only 10 days in shipping and nearly 5 days late after paying for express shipping? I guess not.
Never seen a setup like that. Great Work!
My new makers mark.... I dig it.
Thought about having some t shirts made up...
Ever consider adding a glass breaker to your EDC? Just thinking out loud. Not sure if that would detract the libes on the handle. Btw, nice work!
Not that type of knife, although I am sure the point will break glass just fine! I figure if you are in a situation that needs to break glass, whatever you have at the time will work just fine. HA!
I wanted this knife to be comfortable in the hand forward and transverse for everyday chores and self defense if needed. Something that would be light enough to be carried everyday on the belt without feeling like Crocodile Dundee. The sheath does dual duty and handles your spare mag that people are always trying to figure out how to carry comfortably.
Here's a cell phone pic of one just finished. Elephant ivory and Damascus steel. It's hard to go wrong.
Weather is clearing today so that the wife can get some professional pictures of some recent things. Belts, holsters and knives. Should have them up this afternoon.
man that’s looks great.
That’s amazing. I’m thinking I should have gone with Damascus on mine now
That’s really nice

That's one of the last ones I hand stitched. The new leather machine I have now makes that job a breeze! Where it would take me about an hour and a half to saddle stitch one, now I can do a better job (I think) in about 5 minutes.
